How long does it usually take to get the pictures back?

Delivery time to your League, Club or School is usually 4 to 5 weeks  from when pictures are taken. The actual amount of time till when parents will have pictures depends on how your group or school distributes them. Some do this right away through the coaches while others wait for dinners, playoff's, etc. School generally distribute immediately 

What should I do if there is a spelling error or other correction required on my photographs?

Fill out the reorder/correction form, which is enclosed in every package, completely, making all necessary changes and mail it to Ace Photo at 172 Avondale Drive, Centereach, NY 11720.      

What do I do if there is a spelling error on the engraved plate which came on my plaque?

Fill out the reorder/correction form, which is enclosed in every package, completely, making all necessary changes. Some place on the form, make a note that the enclosed corrections need to be made on the engraved plate for your plaque. Then mail in the correction form to Ace Photo. DO NOT RETURN THE WHOLE PLAQUE. A corrected plate will be mailed back to you. You should be able to pry the old plate off with a spoon, remove the release paper from the tape on the back of the new plate and re-affix this plate to your plaque. 

What time will pictures be taken for my Child's group?

Please contact your group or organization for this information. Generally, Ace Photo does request copies of the schedules but we rarely get them much in advance of picture day. Consequently, Ace Photo will not have the information you are looking for.
